Refund and Returns Policy

At VanillaNice, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to assist you with your return and refund requests.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original, unopened vacuum-sealed packaging
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

We do not accept returns for sale items or for items that have been opened or used. No credit or refund will be given for goods ordered in error by the customer, or for losses due to incorrect storage by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a number of days depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage.

Return shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
