Purchases and payments
Small orders are processed externally via Stripe. By clicking a Stripe Payment Link, you are subject to Stripe's terms of service in addition to ours. Bulk orders are processed via wire transfer following quote acceptance — terms are specified in the quote reply.
Limitation of liability
Tethys Trade Ltd will not be liable for any damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, this website or products purchased through it, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Wyoming.
