Dispatch time
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. For bulk orders above 10 kg, dispatch timing is confirmed in the quote reply.

Typical delivery times from Madagascar via DHL Express:

- Canada: 7–10 business days

- European Union: 5–8 business days

Shipping cost
Shipping is free worldwide on all orders. DHL Express delivery from Madagascar is included in the product price.
Tracking
A DHL tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your shipment directly on the DHL website using this number.
Customs & import duties
Vanilla beans are classified as a food/agricultural product. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These are the responsibility of the buyer. We provide complete customs documentation (commercial invoice, packing list) with every shipment.
Export documents available on request: Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Analysis (COA), Certificate of Origin. Mention your requirements in your order notes or quote request.
Delays
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us with your order reference and we will investigate with DHL.
